Die Mobile Relaisstation besteht aus einer zentralen Prozessor-Einheit zur Transformierung, Verstärkung und Visualisierung empfangener Signale. Auf dem integrierten Bildschirm sind Dinge zu sehen, die in Raum und Zeit stattfinden, stattgefunden haben oder stattfinden werden. Die zentrale Prozessor-Einheit ist so konstruiert, daß sie in einem zu diesem Zweck umgebauten Fahrzeug transportiert oder alternativ  in einem kleinen Radius auf einem fahrbaren Untergestell bewegt werden kann. Zur Mobilen Relaisstation gehört ein Empfangsmodul, welches aus einem ausklappbaren und neben dem Dekoder aufbaubaren Mast mit diversen Sensoren besteht.

Ziel der Arbeit mit der Mobilen Relaisstation ist es, Zustände der Welt sichtbar zu machen und so das Glück zu fördern.

The mobile relay station consists of a central processor unit whose function it is to transform, amplify and visualise any transmitted signals. On the integrated screen it is possible to watch things happening in space and time, or which have happened, or will happen. The central processor unit is constructed so as to fit inside a vehicle tailored to the purpose, or, alternately, to be mounted on a small chassis if it is to be moved within a narrow radius. The mobile relay station comes with a receiver module consisting of a folding mast with divers sensors which may be erected beside the Decoder.

Working with the mobile relay station purposes to make conditions of the world visible, and thus to promote happiness.
